David Gallagher joined Terraco in September of 2017. David now manages more than 30 commercial and residential properties for Terraco, and its clients. Before joining Terraco, David managed several residential properties that totaled more than 700,000 square feet. David has expertise in all aspects of Property Management including tenant relations, new construction and development, lease administration, and client reporting. David has also helped companies develop rigorous training programs for new property managers. David graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations, along with studies in Spanish Linguistics.
